Dana Cornell

Dana Cornell is a Certified Investment Management Analyst and Certified Financial Planner, who’s passion is to take the uncertainty out of investing and provide consistent returns his clients can count on.

Dana has over 20 years of experience in the financial industry, and Cornell Capital was born out of a need recognized to truly create consistent, predictable income and wealth creation.

Why We Love this Project

As mentioned above, the recent rise in residential population surrounding this site has provided a demand for self storage of three times the capacity of this 115,000 sq ft facility.  Location is ideal being a residential area and easily accessed off the SW 410 loop/ Ray Ellison blvd neighborhood, which has earned the distinction for having one of the highest rates of single family homes of any neighborhood in the entire United States! 


The current demand, increasing population growth, and our low cost basis of land acquisition sets this project up to be a low risk, steady cash flowing property within 2.5 years. All in cost will be under 65 cents on the dollar in relation to stabilized value, allowing plenty of room for owner equity to be created.


Property management will be handled by one of our publicly traded self storage management companies and the property is built to specifications and demographics that allow an natural exit strategy to one of our publicly traded partners.
